L.A.C.E. – Ladies Awareness, Confidence & Empowerment – “A Girls Guide to Kicking Butt!”

Our specialized Women’s Self-Defense program is designed to introduce women to basic self-defense concepts. The training covers a wide variety of threat scenarios that women may face. Attendees are shown the most effective, street-proven self-defense techniques such as releases from grabs, chokes and bear hugs, striking defenses, weapon disarming, and ground survival techniques.

Date: TBD…targeting late September / early October. Thank you to everyone who attended the 3/22 class.

Time: 1:00-3:00 pm training seminar, and wine & cheese social with raffle prizes.

Location: Cherry Hill Training Center —> 2020 Springdale Road, Cherry Hill, NJ 08003
