DEFEND-U → Self Defense for High School & College Students

Join us for a self-defense workshop focused on keeping High School & College Students safe.  The training will introduce krav maga based self-defense skills that are effective, intuitive, and accessible to everyone - no prior experience needed.   A great opportunity for high school students, recent graduates, and current college students. Hope is not a safety plan…learn what to do before you need to do it!
